About Mary Histing

With a life rooted in deep spiritual exploration and service, I bring over two decades of experience in the healing arts and a lifetime of inner work to support others on their own transformative paths. I spent 16 years as a Catholic nun, an experience that shaped the foundation of my spiritual philosophy and commitment to compassionate service. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Emmanuel College in Boston and have spent the past 15 years working as a licensed Massage Therapist. For over 7 of those years, I have owned and operated a thriving healing practice offering Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and Quantum Release Healing (QRH). My spiritual journey has spanned my entire life, with a more intensive personal healing journey unfolding over the past 20+ years. The work I do today is a powerful integration of my spiritual foundation and professional expertise. I guide clients through their healing journeys with a deep respect for the body-mind-spirit connection, and a grounded belief in each person’s innate ability to heal. I have witnessed countless transformations—moments when fear gives way to empowerment, and when holding space in loving neutrality becomes the catalyst for profound healing. This is my passion and purpose. It’s what calls me to this work every day. In addition to my healing work, I’m currently writing a book about my life’s journey—a reflection on the sacred intersections of spirit, healing, and human experience. When I’m not working with clients or writing, you’ll often find me walking in nature, hiking, creating in the kitchen, crafting, and sharing the beauty of everyday life with my Life Partner.
